Management Control Policy
This page shows what factors are to be used in helping to determine action to be taken against individuals that have had a Complaint “Sustained” against them. The examples and information provided are not inclusive, however, it shall be noted that these are primary examples of actions and penalties. 

LEVEL 1 

      A) Basic mishandling of team management 

      B) Violation of EAYF “Tobacco Policy.” 

LEVEL 2 

      A) A repeat of LEVEL 1 violation. 

      B) Continued basic mishandling of team management and failure to respond to previous advisement. 

      C) Disregard for rules, policies and bylaws. 

      D) Failure to be a leader and teacher to the youth of the program. 

LEVEL 3 

      A) Disregard for rules, policies and bylaws that carry at least a one-game suspension. 

      B) Any allegation of a felony act 

      C) Abusive and foul language toward another adult. 

      D) Failure to promote sportsmanship between teams and players. 

LEVEL 4 

A) Touching a youth inappropriately (physical contact) 

B) Willful disregard for rules, policies and bylaws 

C) Willful disregard of property, money and inventory 

D) Any conviction of a felony act 

E) Stealing or destruction of any property, money and inventory. 
 
F) Abusive or foul language toward a youth 

G) Use of alcohol, drugs or illegal substances 

H) Direct intent to manipulate the draft or a player’s placement 

I) Intentionally failing to be a leader and teacher to the youth of the program. 

J) Intentionally failing to promote sportsmanship between players, cheerleaders and 
teams. 

K) Willfully or intentionally providing false information about a youth.
