This page will provide you info on what is needed to register a player as well as the registration dates, times, and location.
When registering a youth for football the parent and youth should be aware of the following regarding Eligibility, Required Document, Football Registration Process and team assignment.

PROCESS, ELIGIBILITY, & DOCUMENTATION
Parents will present a filled out form that is available from the EAYF web site or one that is on hand at the Pritchard Community Center.

Youth ages 5-12 are eligible for participation in the EAYF. Youth that are enrolled in the 8th grade are not eligible for participation.
All ages will be determined by the youth’s age as of July 31 of the season’s calendar year.
All playing members will provide a birth certificate or a similar document approved by the EAYF as proof of age. This must be done on the player’s first enrollment and is not necessary for each consecutive year the player enrolls. If the player misses a year of enrollment, the player must resubmit the birth certificate as verification of age.
FOOTBALL REGISTRATION NOTES:
A player must be a resident of Hardin County.
Every player member of the EAYF shall complete and have signed by his/her parent or legal guardian a registration form.
Every football player of the EAYF must officially be weighed by a member of the Commission prior to the draft. NOTE: There will be only one weigh in permitted. A medically balanced scale shall be used for the weigh in.
All football players that have played for an established team will automatically play for that same team the next year. NOTE: If a football player plays for a team and quits during the year and signs up the following year he/she goes back on same team. If a football player plays for a year and does not play the second year but returns the third year he/she goes back into the draft.
All football players will be assigned to a team by a draft that will be similar to a NFL draft. They will participate in a Tryout slated for August 2010.
The tackle and flag football rules are approved by the Commission annually and are available on the EAYF web site will be distributed to all Commission members and coaches.
The youth’s equipment will be issued at the time of registration and accounted for on the registration, with the parent signing off on the registration form that said equipment has been issued.

Register online at anytime and show up on any of these dates to weigh in and receive equipment. Online registrations made by 12:00 PM EST on the day of registration will be available at the Pritchard Community Center
